The permacomputing group meets every Monday (in Peckham, London) to discuss and experiment with old and low-tech systems as a way of collectively rethinking computational culture - shifting away from assumptions of infinite power, hardware, and platforms, and instead exploring creative and ecologically and socially conscious approaches to computing.
